Contributes to all tasks supporting the development, maintenance, and sustainment of the NGA Certification Program in accordance with the references highlighted in draft DoD Manual 3305.10.
Train and lead GEOINT subject matter experts in developing test questions appropriate for the proficiency level to be assessed and assemble a pilot test.
Facilitate and conduct a standard setting panel to develop a provisional cut score for the assessment, assist pilot planning and execution.
Assessment Development - Work in coordination with psychometricians and SMEs to develop and refine assessment tools.
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of demonstrated experience developing GEOINT tradecraft competencies and engaging with GEOINT Analysts, training bodies, and leadership to advance GEOINT tradecraft development and strategic human capital initiatives.
At least 24 months demonstrated experience developing and maintaining compliance with third-party bodies.
At least 24 months demonstrated experience designing and constructing legally-defensible test instruments to include: Subject Matter Expert training, Item Development workshop facilitation, Standard-Setting Panel administration.
Desired Skills:
Experience working with/on certification programs and policy development.
