Role snapshot

Own the accuracy and flow of finished signage and products from receipt to storage to fulfillment.

Core responsibilities
  • Work from requisitions to pull and deliver finished signage and products.
  • Receive and inspect finished goods, verifying correctness and quantities against inventory and customer-supplied GTRs.
  • Tag, store, and maintain inventory control for all finished products; keep records, files, and data current.
  • Verify print image to stock size prior to fulfillment.
  • Complete administrative and electronic functions for materials received and issued.
  • Execute inventory preparation and cycle counting, including any signage with fewer than 10 items in stock (down to the last sign).
  • Pull IMS orders; verify part numbers, promotions, and quantities; pull reship orders accurately and on time.
  • Pull GTRs and debit in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer-supplied signage and relocate remaining items to the customer’s designated finished goods area.
  • Ensure overage is tagged and placed in the designated rack for each customer; enter new signage into inventory when overage is purchased.
  • Track missing signage from overage and resolve issues.
Systems and communication
  • Send Box approval and IMS shortage emails.
  • Monitor Asset Manager for customer requests.
  • Communicate problems promptly with your supervisor or warehouse manager.
Equipment and workspace
  • Operate compactors, bailing machines, other machinery, and hand tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the finished goods area and material staging area; remove trash.
  • Assist in other warehouse areas or departments as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be able to read, speak and understand English.

2nd shift: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
