POSITION – Finishing Technician

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:54am to 3pm, Monday through Friday)

STARTING PAY – $17.00 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – N/A

This individual will build RTV tools, silicone tools, cast urethane models, and finish masters for prototype parts to meet customer requirements. An understanding of RTV tooling, mold splits, undercuts, venting/gating and other basic molding techniques and methods a plus. In addition, your experience should include knowledge of basic shop equipment, measuring tools and devices, and understanding of the characteristics of silicones, urethanes, and epoxies, and a basic understanding of computers. Related college or trade school education is not necessary but is an advantage. If individual has woodworking experience they do well in this area typically or individuals that like to tinker with things.

Responsibilities

- Inject two part epoxy into molds, clean molds

- Inspect and trim parts per work instructions

- Package and label parts per work instructions and customer requirements

Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Basic Computer Skills
