We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing direct patient care and support to our nursing staff, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for our patients.
Requirements
Certification: Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Certifications: BLS
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding).
Take and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
Document patient care activities and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with patient mobility, including ambulation, transfers, and repositioning.
Help maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Respond to patient calls and needs promptly and respectfully.
Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies, including infection control and safety protocols.

Patient Care: Strong understanding of basic patient care principles and patient rights.
Vital Signs: Proficient in accurately measuring and recording vital signs.

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights, rotating weekends)
