Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in Neenah, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-34/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Setting floors and roof trusses
• Framing walls
• Blocking
• Layout walls and floors
• Cutting rafters
• Perform rough framing for residential structures, including walls, floors, and roofs
• Install wall and roof sheathing according to plans and specifications
• Construct subfloors to meet structural requirements and ensure level, stable foundations
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work with a team to complete projects on schedule
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Other tasks as assigned

Responsibilities

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel
• Minimum of 2+ years of Rough Carpentry experience in commercial Carpentry
• Must have basic tools of the trade and standard PPE
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
