The Executive Recruiter will lead senior‑level and executive searches across the organization. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline development through offer acceptance. The position partners closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and assess top‑tier talent, while also supporting broader talent initiatives such as talent mapping, market insights, and competitive research.

• Lead full-cycle executive recruitment, from pipeline generation to offer acceptance.
• Develop recruiting strategies for senior-level and leadership openings.
• Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and organizational needs.
• Assess and evaluate candidates, providing informed recommendations.
• Participate in salary and offer negotiations.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitive market research.
• Stay current on compensation trends and industry hiring practices.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain high‑quality pipelines for executive‑level roles.
• Professional presence and strong partnering skills with senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in executive‑level searches.
• Experience conducting talent mapping and competitive research.
• Industry experience in a similar sector preferred.
