Precision die-cutting is critical to our customers’ success—and yours. As a Bobst-savvy technician on our Minneapolis, MN (55428) team, you’ll keep production humming on a 2nd shift, four-10s schedule (Mon–Thu, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.). Your expertise with flatbed equipment, including the 40" Bobst, ensures every job hits spec, on time.

• Operate and set up flatbed die cutters to meet exacting quality standards.
• Continuously inspect output and verify conformance to all requirements.
• Execute routine maintenance; troubleshoot mechanical and process issues.
• Collaborate across the team to elevate throughput and quality.
• Uphold safety while maintaining a clean, organized production zone.
• Log production metrics and escalate problems promptly.
• Support onboarding by training and mentoring newer operators.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• Proven background operating flatbed diecutters or similar machinery.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Sharp eye for detail with an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Comfort thriving in a fast-moving, deadline-driven setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach.
