- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Send line sheets and follow up with clients regarding orders and inquiries
- Open and develop new customer accounts
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows
- Provide excellent customer service and account support
- Coordinate daily communication with customers and internal teams
- Previous experience in the fashion garment or accessories industry required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Computer savvy with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Experience with ApparelMagic is a plus
