Apartment Maintenance Technician

Berger Communities is hiring a Service Technician for Butler Square and Dublin Village Apartments in New Britain and Dublin, PA. Our Maintenance Technicians do more than just fix things, they help make our communities feel like home.

Type: Full Time

Minimum Experience: Two years maintenance experience and/or training. High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
