The ELM Action Fundoverseesa longstanding andhighly successfulpaid fellowship program, engagingstudents across Massachusettswith interestsin environmental policy and political campaigns.Through the fellowshipprogram, students connectwith talented changemakers andlearnvaluable skills to advance their environmental careers.
Our fellows specialize in a wide range of work, from politics and policy to communicationsand graphic design.Together, theywork toward the common goals ofadvancing strong environmental policy and building the power of the environmental community in Massachusetts.
The ELM Action Fund Fellows program is highly esteemed and respected, and has led alumni of the program torewarding andimpactful positionsat influential organizations,includingthe United States Environmental Protection Agency, Clean Energy Ventures, the City of Boston, the League of Conservation Voters,the New York City Department of Transportationandthe Massachusetts StateHouse.

Our Summerfellowship program runs fromMaythroughAugust,but exact start and end dates are flexible.This position will report directly to Rob Hart, the ELM Action Funds Campaign & Advocacy Manager.
