A privately-owned Otolaryngology practice in the area of Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking either an Audiologist or a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community since 2013 and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.

The provider will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages, fittings, and follow-up care. Experienced Audiologists, HIS’s and Newly Certified providers, looking for a diverse, team oriented environment, are welcome to apply!

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
• Adherence to company policies and procedures

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
• Active MN Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
