Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The physician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of patient care and continuity across the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine physical examinations and provide preventive healthcare services.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging).
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications, medications, and preventive care.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed and coordinate follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Stay up to date with the latest medical developments, treatment protocols, and clinical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in state of Florida .
• Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Working Hours & Compensation:

• Full-time position (MondayFriday, 8:00 AM EST 5:00 PM EST )
• Competitive salary based on experience.
