Prudential Overall Supply is currently seeking a professional-minded, growth-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Manager. Our Route Managers play a crucial role in the overall growth of our business.
Responsibilities
As a Route Manager, your customer service skills will be necessary to help grow your service district. Your prior supervisory experience and track record of continued revenue growth will be key to meeting the demands of this exciting opportunity. Duties will also include conducting customer service audits, troubleshooting, and training route drivers/customer service representatives. This employee must be able to operate a route in the event a driver is sick or on vacation. The intent of this position is to be upwardly mobile.
