Position – CNC Programmer

Job Location – New Berlin, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 2:00pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $33-$40 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED, but Technical Degree preferred

Required Experience – At least 3-5 years of experience

Responsibilities

-Set up and program multi-axis CNC mills and lathes with live tooling to manufacture precision parts

-Utilize Mastercam CAD/CAM software to successfully machine parts within part print tolerances

-Create set-up sheets and tool lists for efficient machine operations.

-Work with engineers, machinists and operators during test runs and inspect produced parts to ensure quality

-Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment any machinery issues that arise

Qualifications

-HS Diploma/GED, but Technical Degree preferred

-3-5 years of experience in CNC machining, specifically with Mastercam

-Must have knowledge of and experience with Mastercam CAD/CAM Software

-Knowledge of and ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications

-Excellent mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
