Qualified candidates will possess the following: 

• Minimum of 10 years’ strength and conditioning experience working with Division I college athletes or professional sports. 
• Nationally recognized strength and conditioning credentials (CSCS). 
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred – in exercise science or strength and conditioning.
