This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, staying organized, multitasking, and supporting clinic operations in both in-person and remote appointment settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Live Scan fingerprinting applications and perform fingerprint rolling
  • Check clients into appointments and assist with registration
  • Prepare TB testing patients for nurses
  • Assist with vitals for physicals
  • Administer drug screens
  • Assist with Ishihara tests, audiograms, etc.
  • Distribute remote exam kits to patients
  • Support front office and clinic workflow operations
  • Process payments using our POS system
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Assist with general administrative and operational support tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Valid MA license
  • Must complete California Live Scan Operator application process prior to start date

  • Standard Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday
  • Supplemental Schedule: Overtime as needed
  • Weekly Schedule: 5x8, Closed on Weekends and Major Holidays
