CNC Lathe Set Up Machinist

DIRECT HIRE

1st SHIFT, Ozaukee County Premier Employer

Responsible for operating Mazak, SMEC, and Yama Seiki turning lathes.

Responsibilities will be to set up and program conversationally from interactive interfaces, answer prompts, input parameters. Working with 3-5 axis machining is a plus.

Fluent in G Code required.

Must be able to perform own quality checks with proficient use of Mics, calipers, dial indicators, and other inspection equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 5 yrs experience or more.

Must have troubleshooting skills, be an effective communicator, and want to work within a team environment. Extremely positive work culture with an average tenure of 15 yrs +.
