Grounded in Restorative Justice (RJ) principles, this position focuses on strengthening relationships, reducing racially disproportionate discipline, promoting student engagement, and implementing proactive behavioral supports that align with equity and trauma-informed practices. Candidates must have experience and understanding in de-escalation and emotional regulation.
