Tradesmen International is seeking highly motivated and experienced Turbine Millwrights to join our growing team. The pay range is up to $35/hour based on experience plus $175/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise, expand your knowledge, and experience different parts of the country, all while being well-compensated for your skills and time.

Job Scope:

• • Perform precision alignment, leveling, and installation of turbine components and auxiliary equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of steam, gas, and hydro turbines
  • Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions
  • Perform disassembly and reassembly of turbines and related machinery
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and parts used
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
  • Collaborate effectively with on-site personnel and other contractors

Qualifications:

• • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turbine Millwright
  • Proven expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various turbine types
  • Strong knowledge of precision alignment techniques, including laser alignment
  • Proficiency in using various hand and power tools, as well as specialized millwright equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required
