Position Summary 

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and office support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of The Remedy Mental Health. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, manages incoming communications, supports recruiting and internal communications, and assists with a variety of administrative projects across the organization. 

 

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Manage the shared company email inbox, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments. 
  • Monitor and distribute incoming faxes, mail, and packages. 
  • Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and interview candidates. 
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and recruiting logistics. 
  • Draft and distribute the monthly employee newsletter and other internal communications. 
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place supply orders. 
  • Coordinate catering and meal orders for meetings and events. 
  • Maintain conference rooms and common office areas. 
  • Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and other administrative materials. 
  • Support employee events, meetings, and office initiatives. 
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. 
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. 

 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • 2+ years of administrative, office, or customer service experience. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 

 

Preferred 

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience in a healthcare or professional office environment. 

 

Physical Requirements 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. 
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. 
  • Ability to move throughout the office to greet visitors and distribute mail.
