About the Role:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving? DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park is seeking a dedicated and service-focused Front Desk Supervisor to help lead our guest services team.

In this role, you’ll support the Front Office Manager by supervising daily front desk operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a seamless stay. You’ll also be empowered to strategically and willingly diffuse challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise front desk operations and support team members during assigned shifts.
  • Train, coach, and motivate front desk agents to deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns and service recovery with confidence and care.
  • Ensure accurate check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and reservation handling.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain Hilton brand standards and uphold safety and security procedures.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when assigned.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of front desk or guest services experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
