Role Description The Developmental Specialist will provide direct, 1:1 and group developmental support to neurodiverse children, teens, and young adults in school and office settings in La Cañada Flintridge, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing individualized intervention plans, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral development, and documenting progress in a clear and timely manner. The role involves collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to align strategies across environments and participating in social learning groups through The Social Club as needed. The specialist may also assist with staff trainings in schools and child care settings by sharing observations and practical recommendations. This is a part-time, on-site role.
