$19–$21/hour (depending on experience) | Mon–Fri, 9:30AM–4:30PM | On-site in Dallas

We are a longstanding bronze art and décor business located in the Dallas Design District. We work with designers, retailers, and other customers throughout the U.S. and internationally.

We are looking for a reliable, personable, and organized Showroom Sales & Operations Associate to help keep our showroom and day-to-day business running smoothly.

To apply: submit your resume along with a brief note telling us why this particular role interests you and what experience or skills you bring.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to sales, customer service, e-commerce, inventory, and the operations of a small established business.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome showroom visitors and assist customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and help with sales
  • Prepare orders and related paperwork
  • Maintain accurate inventory, product, and customer information
  • Coordinate shipping, pickups, and deliveries
  • Take and organize product photographs
  • Help update products on our website and online marketplaces
  • Keep the showroom organized and customer-ready
  • Follow up on open tasks and customer matters through completion
  • Assist with other administrative and operational needs as they arise

What We’re Looking For

  • Dependable and able to maintain consistent on-site attendance
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable learning new software and online systems
  • Able to manage several tasks and follow through without constant reminders
  • Able to use good judgment and work through routine problems independently
  • Receptive to feedback and interested in learning

Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, administration, or business operations is helpful, but we are open to strong early-career candidates.

An interest in art, interiors, design, or entrepreneurship is a plus, but no art background is required.

This is not primarily a warehouse or heavy-lifting position. Occasional assistance with merchandise, packages, and loading / unloading may be required.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:30AM–4:30PM. No regular evenings or weekends.
On rare occasions, additional hours may be requested for markets, special events, or customer appointments.

Compensation: $19–$21/hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. Paid company holidays begin after one year of employment.

Final candidates may be asked to complete a standard background check.

Apply by submitting your resume and a brief note.
