Elements of Wellness is a well-established, female-owned, wellness practice in Costa Mesa offering chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and other holistic wellness services. We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and professional Massage Therapist to join our collaborative team.

This is a great opportunity for a therapist who enjoys providing personalized, therapeutic massage in a calm, healthcare/wellness environment.

Current Schedule:

• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Potential to add additional days/hours in the future if interested, (Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Saturday), as your schedule and client demand grow.

Compensation:

$30–$40, depending on skill and experience.

We’re Looking For:

• Certified Massage Therapist with a current license to practice and professional liability insurance.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client care and an urge to grow clientele.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A great work ethic, is timely, reliable, has a positive attitude, and a passion for wellness.
• Must have a great knowledge of anatomy and comfortable treating injured and pregnant patients.

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional, individualized massage therapy based on each client's needs and goals.
• Perform therapeutic massage techniques such as Swedish and deep tissue.
• Communicate professionally with clients and create a comfortable, welcoming experience.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space.
• Collaborate with our chiropractic and acupuncture providers when appropriate to support the client's overall wellness.
• Build positive relationships with clients and encourage ongoing wellness care.

Additional experience in prenatal, sports massage, myofascial/trigger point work, cupping, hot stones, or other therapeutic modalities is a plus.
