Must be 18 yr of age

1 year of working w/children is required

Must have or be able to get first-aid CPR (within three months of employment)

References required

Physical and TB test required (must be obtained prior to employment)

Must have NYS Fingerprints completed

15 Hrs of free training required per year

The ability to communicate with children and adults

Assistant is required to take direct care of children

Maintain a clean safe environment

Follow program protocols and procedures

Have the ability to improvise

Potty training and diapering is required
