Role Description The Broadcaster role is a full-time position responsible for hosting live and recorded programs, engaging audiences, and delivering compelling on-air content. Day-to-day tasks include planning show segments, conducting interviews, presenting news or entertainment topics, and maintaining an energetic and professional on-air presence. The Broadcaster will operate broadcasting software and equipment, collaborate with production staff on show formats, and adapt content based on audience feedback and analytics. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Broadcasting skills, including live and recorded show delivery and familiarity with streaming or radio platforms.
