Playball is a curriculum-based Early Childhood Education program that uses sport and movement to develop children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills. Our goal is to teach foundational sports skills so that children can achieve a level of competence and build a strong foundation for future participation in school, groups, and sports. We cater to boys and girls ages 2-9 of every ability and interest, providing foundational developmental skills for kids of the future.

Role Description

This is a part-time very flexible on-site role for a Coach located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. As a Coach at Playball, you will be responsible for implementing the Playball curriculum (provided to you) and conducting coaching sessions at various pre-schools in the Meto-Atlanta area (travel from school to school required). You will be responsible for providing clear instructions, ensuring safety during activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids, teaching, and/or coaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and promoting physical activity
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment
• Organizational and time management skills
• First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hiring)
• Bright from the Start background check (or ability to obtain upon hiring)
• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
