We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven insurance professional to help grow our business. This position is focused exclusively on sales and developing new business.
What We Offer
Hourly wage + commission
Flexible schedule – you choose your own hours, Monday through Thursday
Minimum of 20 hours per week

Responsibilities
Generate new insurance business
Contact prospective clients and develop leads
Quote and sell insurance products
Follow up with leads and potential clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet sales goals and contribute to the growth of the agency
Qualifications
Current California Property & Casualty insurance license preferred/required
Previous insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable making calls and following up with prospective clients
Sales-oriented with a desire to earn through commissions
