The Sloane Stephens Foundation is seeking energetic, dependable Tennis Instructors to support our Love Love Compton school-based tennis programs. This is a great opportunity for tennis players, coaches, and individuals who enjoy working with children and want to help introduce the sport in a positive, fun environment.

Available Shifts

• School-Day/Recess Program: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• After-School Program: 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Combination: Applicants may work both shifts based on availability.

What You'll Do

• Introduce elementary-age students to tennis through fun, active instruction.
• Lead SSF's structured recess and after-school tennis models.
• Teach basic tennis skills, movement, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Create an encouraging and inclusive environment for students of all ability levels.
• Work alongside other SSF coaches and school staff.

What We're Looking For

• Some tennis experience as a player, instructor, or coach.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with youth.
• Dependable, energetic, and comfortable leading groups of students.
• Coaching experience is helpful but not required.

SSF will provide a short, fun, hands-on training that teaches instructors exactly how to deliver our Love Love Compton recess and after-school tennis programs.
