Bailemos Dance Studio is looking for a responsible, outgoing, and motivated team member who is interested in marketing and customer service to join our growing studio!

Location
Waltham / Quincy, MA

Position: Front Desk & Marketing Assistant
Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist students and parents at the front desk
• Respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails from clients
• Assist with class registration, student follow-ups, and customer relations
• Support social media management (Instagram / Facebook / Xiaohongshu)
• Create and post promotional content for classes and events
• Assist with in-person marketing events (Open House, Summer Camp, community events, etc.)
• Follow up with potential customers and help improve trial-to-enrollment conversion
• Support daily studio operations and marketing projects

We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong English communication skills (bilingual in English & Spanish preferred)
• Is outgoing, proactive, and responsible
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is familiar with Instagram / Facebook / Xiaohongshu
• Canva and basic photo/video editing skills are a plus
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or front desk roles is preferred
• Interest in kids, dance, arts, or education is a plus
• Can commit to a stable, long-term position
