Customer Service – Go Store It

Go Store It is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their storage needs, answer questions, provide information about available units and services, handle customer inquiries, and help ensure a positive experience from move-in to move-out.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. Previous customer service, sales, or retail experience is a plus.
