Key Responsibilities:

Guide Learning & Play: Help lead engaging classroom activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Prioritize Safety: Keep a watchful eye on children during classroom time, outdoor play, and learning activities.
 

Support Daily Routines: Assist with meal/snack times, rest periods, bathroom breaks, and smooth transitions between activities.
 

Teamwork: Work closely with the Lead Teacher to maintain a positive, clean, and organized classroom setting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Clearances Required: Ability to obtain and clear all required state and federal background checks prior to employment (including Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Record Check, and FBI Fingerprinting).

Physical Demands: Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably sit on the floor, bend, and move actively throughout the day with children.
