Home Safety Advisors helps seniors stay safe at home. We sell and install low-step showers, walk-in tubs, grab bars, and more. Healthcare referrals drive most of our business now.

We're looking for a fun, positive person to expand our community outreach through senior centers, YMCAs, and HOAs. Primarily, you'll organize fall prevention seminars and attend events that turn into home consults and product sales. This is a full-time position, but part-time is fine. No senior-care experience needed, we'll teach you the rest if you bring the energy.

You get paid per lead, so as your network grows this becomes very lucrative. A great opportunity for someone hungry to advance fast. $125K opportunity first year, and there's no cap on your earnings.

What you'll do

• Find and partner with senior centers, YMCAs, and HOAs across OC
• Present fall prevention seminars and classes to their members
• Build a reputation as the fall prevention resource for their members
• Turn attendees and referrals into leads for free in-home consultations
• Expand the channel across OC, then LA, San Diego, and the IE

What we need:

• High character and reliable
• Organized and driven, a self-starter who makes things happen
• Fun and positive, connects easily, comfortable in front of a group
• Able to travel, reliable transportation
