I’m reaching out because we’re currently expanding our team and hiring for Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children with autism through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

If you have experience working with children, a background in childcare, education, psychology, or a related field—and you’re passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families—this could be a great opportunity for you.

No prior RBT certification? No problem! We provide training and support to help you get started and succeed in the role.

What We’re Looking For:

For RBTs:

• Active RBT certification

For BTs:

• Experience or background in childcare, education, or working with children
• A positive, patient, and compassionate attitude
