Rudy’s Smokehouse is building its opening team in downtown Troy!

We are hiring full-time and part-time team members for:

• Tellers / Cashiers
• Cooks
• Prep Cooks
• Smokers
• Dishwashers
• Catering and Event Team Members

We are looking for dependable, friendly people who work well with others and take pride in great food, clean workspaces, and excellent guest service.

Restaurant experience is helpful but not required for every position. Training will be provided.

Applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have availability for evenings and weekends.

Pay ranges from $12–$18 per hour, depending on position and experience, plus tips.
