About the Role

Tacos22 is looking for a Front of House Specialist to be the face of our restaurant. This role is all about guest experience, speed, accuracy, and keeping the front of the house running smoothly. If you’re friendly, reliable, and don’t mind staying busy, you’ll fit right in.

This is a hands-on position. You’ll be on your feet, interacting with customers, and helping the team wherever needed up front.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders in person and over the phone
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system
• Handle cash and card payments responsibly
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Restock beverage coolers, napkins, sauce cups, lids, and front-of-house supplies
• Clean and wipe down tables, counters, and dining area throughout the shift
• Assist with expo and order handoff during busy periods
• Keep the front counter and dining area clean, organized, and presentable
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure accurate orders
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company standards at all times

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Frequent walking, bending, and reaching
