Seeking a Field Support Representative to work Temporary/Part-time. This position requires working under the lead area Account Executive to support with moving and setting up for presentations, including hauling equipment, totes, boxes and supplies. Duties also include and not limited to organizing storage area/unit, condensing and cleaning up unit, helping put together files, folders and workspaces for maximum efficiency. Provide hands-on support for meetings and presentations, including setting up banners, tablecloths, table decor and materials. This may include traveling to various sites within the AV & also North/East Los Angeles. Personal transportation is a requirement. Mileage reimbursement.
