1. Perform grass cut.
2. Provide photos showing that edging and weeding are done.
3. Provide tape-measure photos with before, during, and after photos. 
4. Edge Trimming (all driveways, walkways, and sidewalks) Sweeping / Blowing of all paved areas.
5. Remove all lawn clippings / related cuttings.
6. Remove all non-decorative vegetation attached to the structure and fencing.
7. Please provide clear tape measurement photos for shrubs, vines, and sapling removal bids.
