Compensation: $20.00 per hour + Uncapped Commission

Donnie Does Deals is looking for a seasoned Inside Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, follow up relentlessly, and close sales over the phone.

We’re not looking for someone to simply answer phones—we’re looking for a sales professional who enjoys turning leads into long-term customers.

What You’ll Sell

• Auto Rental Memberships
• Pre-Booked Vehicle Rentals
• Corporate Rental Accounts
• Construction Transportation Rentals
• Personal Injury Attorney Referral Accounts
• Collision Shop Rental Programs
• Repeat Customer Memberships

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up on internet and phone leads.
• Sell and enroll customers into our membership program.
• Secure future rental reservations and pre-bookings.
• Build relationships with law offices, body shops, contractors, and local businesses.
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up schedules.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven inside sales experience
• Strong closing skills
• Excellent phone presence
• Self-motivated and competitive
• Comfortable with CRM software and follow-up systems
• Reliable transportation and punctual
• Professional appearance and attitude

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour
• Uncapped commission
• Performance bonuses available
