About Codman Community Farms (CCF):
Codman Community Farms is a thriving nonprofit farm nestled in the heart of Lincoln, Massachusetts, just steps from the commuter rail. We proudly manage over 150 acres across a dozen scenic fields throughout town.

Our 18-acre home farm is the hub of activity, featuring historic barns, greenhouses, and community garden plots. It’s also home to our bustling farm store, a beautiful market and flower garden, and a commercial kitchen. We recently added a charming post-and-beam outdoor pavilion with a wood-fired oven, offering a unique space for gatherings and events.

At Codman Community Farms, a supportive and collaborative team is essential to the success of our farm. We foster an inclusive and respectful work environment where every team member’s contribution is valued.
