Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and specification.
• Work cleanly and efficiently during service.
• Assist with daily prep and station setup.
• Maintain organization and sanitation standards.
• Help receive and rotate inventory.
• Communicate with teammates throughout service.
• Take pride in every plate leaving the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for cooking and continual learning.
