What You'll Do- Educate homeowners about the importance of ongoing solar maintenance
- Present Save Our Solar Club membership options
- Build trust through a consultative sales process
- Follow up with homeowners and referrals
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Attend weekly sales training and Friday Sales Huddles
- Continuously improve through coaching and KPI accountability
