Preschool Instructor | Competitive Pay

The Preschool Instructor is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest athletes. This role introduces foundational gymnastics and movement skills through age-appropriate activities, creative & fun lesson plans, and positive reinforcement. Preschool Instructors focus on building confidence, coordination, listening skills, and a love for movement while maintaining strong communication with parents and supporting each child’s individual growth and development. This position is part time with shifts available ranging between the times of 3:00PM-7:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging, and age-appropriate preschool gymnastics, dance, or ninja classes
• Follow lesson plans that develop motor skills, coordination, balance, and confidence
• Maintain a positive, nurturing, and structured class environment
• Ensure constant supervision and uphold all safety standards
• Communicate professionally and warmly with parents and caregivers
