London Bridges Child Development Center is a Keystone STARS 4 early learning program dedicated to providing high-quality, engaging, and nurturing educational experiences for children. • Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment.
• Supervise children at all times while ensuring their health and safety.
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences and daily activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and readiness throughout the day.
• Complete daily documentation, observations, and communication with families.
• Follow all DHS licensing regulations and London Bridges policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a positive team culture.

• High school Diploma Required
• CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain or possess all required Pennsylvania clearances and health requirements.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time) 7am-4:00pm, 8am-5:00pm, 9am-5:30pm
