Position Details

• Location: Remote - Must be certified to work in New York State
• Schedule: 5 hours per week
• Compensation: $25/hr
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Key Responsibilities

• Review the BHI care coordination team's work
• Monthly follow up calls with the patients
• Ensure quality documentation and compliance
• Collaborate with providers and support patient care

Qualifications

• Licensed Social Worker, Psychologist, Medical Assistant (Psychology background)
• Must be certified to work in New York State
• Behavioral health/Psychology/Social Work experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
