Pure Green Naperville is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Barista who is passionate about health, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy creating smoothies, açaí bowls, and making someone's day a little brighter, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare smoothies, açaí bowls, toasts, juices, and other menu items according to Pure Green standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Accurately operate the POS system and handle customer transactions.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Positive, friendly, and reliable.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Previous food service or barista experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
