To provide exceptional guest service and operational support while serving as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their Osmosis experience. The Spa Coordinator is responsible for scheduling services, answering guest questions, coordinating treatment schedules, processing transactions, supporting retail sales, and maintaining a calm, welcoming, and organized front desk environment while helping ensure smooth daily spa operations. Must be available weekends, mornings and evenings.
