Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding availability and rates.
• Assist with inquiries and resolve any issues related to their reservations.
• Maintain organized records of all bookings and cancellations.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
• Assist with scheduling driver and vehicles with upcoming runs.
