Immediate Opening – Front Desk Coordinator

House of Music PSL is looking for a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team!

Position: Front Desk Coordinator

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Available

Pay: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience, education, and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, multitasking position that requires someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys helping people, and can stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities at once.

As the first point of contact for our families, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience while keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel lessons and appointments
• Manage teacher schedules and maintain Google Calendar
• Work daily with our school management software
• Process new student registrations and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate communication between families and staff
• Provide outstanding customer service both in person and remotely
• Assist with general administrative and office tasks

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills are required
• Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous front desk, administrative, customer service, or office experience is preferred
