Position Summary

Moore Junk Removal & Recycling is seeking a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Temporary Warehouse Clerk (1099 Day Laborer) to assist with daily warehouse and recycling operations. Up to 3 days per week, up to 4 hours per day, on call, as needed. This position is responsible for sorting, organizing, loading, unloading, and processing recyclable materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work in a physically active environment.

Essential Duties

• Sort recyclable materials including metal, cardboard, plastic, wood, electronics, and other reusable items.
• Organize warehouse resale inventory and maintain orderly work areas.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Assist with recycling operations and material processing.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Additional Work Opportunity

On an as needed basis, additional hours may be available serving as a member of a three-person junk removal crew, assisting with residential and commercial junk removal services. $20.00 per hour, 3 to 4 hours per job.

Work Environment

• Warehouse (no AC/heat) and outdoor work in hot Texas weather.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; heavier items may require team lifting.
